The Clinical Framework: Arriving at a ‘New Place’

For more than two decades, I have walked alongside individuals facing profound psychological complexity, offering a steady, containing presence. Whether working with public figures, leaders, or families living in the glare of visibility, the aim is never

Therapeutic work is not about erasing the past. It is about finding a way to weave it into the fabric of your present, so it no longer sets the tempo of your daily life. Together, we create the conditions for you to step into a more grounded, authentic place, where your potential is not just an idea but something lived and felt in the everyday.

The Core Triad of Healing

When life has asked much of us, whether through public scrutiny, responsibility, or the weight of expectation, we develop survival strategies that are both creative and necessary. Rather than seeing these as problems to fix them as wise adaptations that once kept us safe. Our work is to understand them, and to gently invite them into a new relationship with the present.

attachment therapy

Attachment: Making and Sustaining Healthy Connections.

Success, for all its rewards, can be a lonely landscape. Our shared task is to gently restore your capacity for genuine, secure connection, and to make sense together of the relational knots that wealth and visibility can create. It is in relationship that we find our way home to ourselves

trauma therapy

Trauma: Breaking the Binds to the Past.

The burdens of early adversity, betrayal, or sudden shock are not carried by willpower alone. Together, we draw on approaches grounded in both evidence and relationship, such as Trauma-Focused CBT and EMDR, always within a context of safety and attuned connection. In this way, the grip of trauma can soften, and what once felt unspeakable can be named, understood, and gently transformed.

dissociation therapy

Dissociation: Harnessing the Strengths of Survival.

Compartmentalisation may have been what allowed you not only to survive, but to excel. Rather than pathologising this, we honour it as a strength born of necessity. Our shared work is to gently bridge the gaps, so that the parts of you that have been separated can return home, allowing you to inhabit your life with greater wholeness and presence.

Advanced Integration: Trauma Model Therapy (TMT)

Standard approaches can falter in the face of the layered realities of complex trauma. To meet this, I draw on Trauma Model Therapy, developed by Dr Colin A. Ross, which offers a way of working that is both structured and deeply attuned to the lived experience of those navigating complex PTSD and dissociation.

This way of working recognises that severe trauma can reshape the very architecture of our inner world. By weaving together the principles of TMT, EMDR, Ego State therapy, Hypno-Psychotherapy Approaches and Trauma-Focused CBT, I offer a steady, attuned presence to help untangle survival responses that once protected but may now constrain. The aim is not simply symptom relief, but a deeper sense of coherence and peace within.

Comprehensive, Discreet Treatment Specialisations

Beyond trauma, attachment, and dissociation, I offer confidential, specialised support that recognises the unique pressures of high-profile lives. Each journey is distinct, and the work is always shaped by what is most alive and needed in the moment.

  • Trauma (PTSD, Complex PTSD, Dissociative Disorders): I have completed extensive training in the treatment and assessment of trauma-related disorders. I have completed the Certificate and Advanced Certificate offered through ISSTD and have been a member of the training faculty for many years.
  • Addiction & Compulsivity: Quiet, non-judgemental support for those whose coping has taken the form of compulsive or addictive behaviours, often in response to relentless stress or pressure.
  • Family & Parenting Support: Helping families navigate the challenges of raising grounded, resilient children in the midst of wealth or public attention, drawing on my experience in child psychotherapy and clinical assessment.
  • Elite Stress Management & Consultancy: Thoughtful psychological support to help prevent burnout and sustain emotional capacity during times of high demand and increase resiliency.
